विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1987 (अधिनियम संख्या 39 सन् 1987) की धारा 22ख की उपधारा (2) के खण्ड (ख) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण की सिफारिश पर नीचे अनुसूची के स्तम्भ-3 में उल्लिखित व्यक्ति को उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ-2 में उल्लिखित जिले के स्थायी लोक अदालत के सदस्य के रूप में नाम निर्दिष्ट करती हैं।

IN exercise of the powers under clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 22B of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (Act no. 39 of 1987), the Governor, on the recommendation of the State Legal Services Authority, is pleased to nominate the person mentioned in Column-3 of the Schedule below as member of the permanent Lok Adalat of the district mentioned in Column-2 of the said Schedule .
