उत्तर प्रदेश नगरीय परिसर किरायेदारी विनियमन नियमावली, 2021 के नियम 1 के उपनियम (2) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल दिनांक 18 अगस्त, 2021 को ऐसा दिनांक नियत करती हैं, जिस दिनांक को पूर्वोक्त नियमावली के उपबन्ध प्रवृत्त हुए समझे जायेंगे।

IN exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (2) of rule 1 of the Uttar Pradesh Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Rules, 2021, the Governor is Pleased to appoint the 18th day of August, 2021 as the date on which the provisions of the aforesaid rules shall be deemed to have come into force.
