द हज कमेटी ऐक्ट, 2002 (ऐक्ट संख्या 35 सन्‌ 2002) की धारा 18 के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, पूर्वोक्त ऐक्ट की धारा 17 के अधीन उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य हज समिति के नाम से स्थापित उत्तर प्रदेश हज समिति में निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को सदस्य के रूप में नाम निर्दिष्ट करती हैं :-

1-श्री मोहसिन रजा, मा0 सदस्य विधान परिषद्‌, लखनऊ; 2-श्री असलम राईनी, मा0 सदस्य विधान सभा, लखनऊ; 3-श्री शौकत अली, पार्षद मेरठ; 4-श्री फैसल अली खॉ, पार्षद, लखनऊ; 5-श्री मौलाना हाफिज मो0 जावेद, झाँसी, समाज सेवी; 6-श्री मौलाना वकार हैदर, आजमगढ़, शिया धर्मगुरू; 7-श्री सरफराज अली, नोएडा, समाजसेवी; 8-श्री मो0 इफ्तखार हुसैन, गोरखपुर, समाजसेवी; 9-डा0 सैयद इहतेसाम उल हुदा, बरेली, समाजसेवी; 10-श्री सरवर सिद्‌दीकी, भदोही, समाजसेवी; 11-श्री अमानुल्लाह, मिर्जापुर, मुस्लिम विधि विशेषज्ञ;

आज्ञा से, के0 रविन्द्र नायक, प्रमुख सचिव। IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Atricle 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. H.S.-27/LII-4–2021-13(H)-2017, dated September 10, 2021 :

IN exercise of the powers under section 18 of the Haj Committee Act, 2002 (Act no. 35 of 2002), the Governor is pleased to nominate the following persons as members of the Uttar Pradesh Haj Committee established under section 17 of the aforesaid Act, by the name of the Uttar Pradesh State Haj Committee :–

1. Shri Mohsin Raza, Member of Legislative Council, Lucknow;

2. Shri Aslam Raini, Member of Legislative Assembly Lucknow;

3. Shri Shaukat Ali, Councillor, Meerut;

4. Shri Faisal Ali Khan, Councillor, Lucknow;

5. Shri Maulana Hafiz Mohd. Javed, Jhansi, Social Worker;

6. Shri Maulana Waqar Haider, Azamgarh, Shia Theologist;

7. Shri Sarfaraz Ali, Noida, Social Worker;

8. Shri Iftakhar Hussain, Gorakhpur, Social Worker;

9. Dr. Syed Ihtesam Ul Huda, Bareilly, Social Worker;

2. The tenure of nominated Members shall be three years with effect from the date of publicatin of this notification in the Gazette.
