अधिसूचना
उपभोक्ता संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2019 (अधिनियम संख्या 35 सन् 2019) की धारा 28 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, राज्य के प्रत्येक जिला में जिला उपभोक्ता विवाद प्रतितोष आयोग तथा जिला लखनऊ, आगरा, मुरादाबाद एवं बरेली में एक अतिरिक्त जिला उपभोक्ता विवाद प्रतितोष आयोग की स्थापना करती हैं जो दिनांक 20 जुलाई, 2020 से भूतलक्षी प्रभाव से प्रभावी होगा।
2-उक्त के अतिरिक्त, उपभोक्ता संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2019 के प्रारम्भ होने के पूर्व जिला उपभोक्ता विवाद प्रतितोष आयोग में नियुक्त अध्यक्ष एवं सदस्य पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 31 में यथा उपबंधित रूप में जिला उपभोक्ता विवाद प्रतितोष आयोग के अध्यक्ष एवं सदस्य के रूप में पद धारण करते रहेगें।

IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 28 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (Act no. 35 of 2019) the Governor is pleased to establish a District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in each district of the State and an additional one in the districts of Lucknow, Agra, Moradabad and Bareilly which Shall be effective with retrospective effect from July 20, 2020.
2. IN addition to the above, the President and members appointed in the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission appointed before the commencement of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 shall continue to hold office as the President and members of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission as provided in section-31 of the aforesaid Act.
