दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (अधिनियम संख्या 2 सन्‌ 1974) की धारा 21 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल महोदय राजकीय औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों तथा सम्बन्धन प्राप्त निजी औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों की प्रयोगात्मक एवं प्राविधिक कला विषयों की अखिल भारतीय व्यवसायिक परीक्षा, अगस्त/सितम्बर-2021 (Semester System/Annual System/Dual System of Training) की परीक्षाओं हेतु प्रदेश के सभी राजकीय/निजी औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों के परीक्षा केन्द्रों के अधीक्षकों एवं प्रधानाचार्यों को दिनांक 13 सितम्बर, 2021 से दिनांक 18 सितम्बर, 2021 तक की अवधि के लिए कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट नियुक्त करते हैं, जो विशेष कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट के रूप में ज्ञात होंगे और उन्हें संबंधित केन्द्रों, जिसके वे अधीक्षक एवं प्रधानाचार्य हैं, की सीमा के भीतर के क्षेत्रों के लिए कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट की ऐसी सभी शक्तियां प्रदान करते हैं, जो उक्त संहिता के अधीन ऐसे कार्यपालक को प्रदान की जा सकती है।

IN exercise of the powers under section 21 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974) the Governor is pleased to appoint with effect from Septmber 13, 2021 to September 18, 2021 all the Superintendents and Principals of the centres of Semester System/Annual System/Dual System of Govetrnment Industrial Training Institutions and Private Industrial Training Institutions examination, August/September, 2021 conducted by Vyavasayik Pariksha Parishad, Uttar Pradesh as Executive Magistrates, to be known as Special Executive Magistrate and to confer on them all powers of the Executive Magistrates as are conferrable under the said code on such Executive Magistrate, to be exercised within the limits of the respective centres of which they are the Superintendents.
