प्रकीर्ण साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1897 (अधिनियम संख्या 10 सन् 1897) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित बंगाल, आगरा, असम सिविल न्यायालय अधिनियम, 1887 (अधिनियम संख्या 12 सन् 1887) की धारा 4, 13 और 14 की उपधारा (1) और प्रान्तीय लघुवाद न्यायालय अधिनियम, 1887 (अधिनियम संख्या 09 सन् 1887) की धारा 5 के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल, उच्च न्यायालय, इलाहाबाद से परामर्श करके जिला कुशीनगर, तहसील कसया स्थान पडरौना में सिविल जज (सीनियर डिवीजन) न्यायालय (शासनादेश संख्या 10/2016/870/सात- न्याय-2-2016-85 जी/2012, दिनांक 06-07-2016 द्वारा सृजित न्यायालयों में से) का, उक्त न्यायालय के पीठासीन अधिकारी द्वारा कार्यभार ग्रहण करने के दिनांक से सृजन करती हैं और ऐसे न्यायालय की अधिकारिता की स्थानीय सीमायें और बैठक का स्थान नियत करती हैं और समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित सरकारी अधिसूचना संख्या-ए-1104/सात-710-53, दिनांक 12 अप्रैल, 1956 की संलग्न अनुसूची में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं।

उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में :-
1-क्रम-संख्या 110-क की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां स्तम्भवार रख दी जायेंगी, अर्थात :-

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 26/2021/665/VII- Nyaya-2–2021-131G-2019, dated September 17, 2021 :

IN exercise of the powers under sections 4, 13 and sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Courts Act, 1887 (Act no. XII of 1887) and section 5 of the Provincial Small Cause Courts Act, 1887 (Act no. IX of 1887), read with section 21 of the General clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. X of 1897) the Governor, in consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, is pleased to creat the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) at tehsil- Kasia in district-Kushinagar at Padrauna (out of the Courts created vide G.O. No. 10/2016/870/Vii-Nayaya-2-2016-85G/2012 dated July 06, 2016 ) with effect from the date of taking over charge by the Presiding Officer of that Court and to fix the Local limits of the Jurisdiction and the place of sitting of such Court and to make following amendments in the Schedule appended to Government notification no. A-1104/VII-710/53 dated April 12, 1956, as amended from time to time.
AMENDMENT
In the Schedule to the aforesaid notification:-
1-For the existing entry at serial no. 110-A, the following entries shall column-wise be substituted, namely:-
