लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 (1950 का 43) की धारा 10 की उपधारा (2) के खण्ड (ग) के साथ पठित भारत का संविधान के अनुच्छेद 171 के खण्ड (3) के उपखण्ड (ङ) द्वारा मिले अधिकारों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल महोदया, उत्तर प्रदेश विधान परिषद के चार मनोनीत सदस्यों की रिक्तियों में निम्नलिखित चार व्यक्तियों को उत्तर प्रदेश विधान परिषद का सदस्य मनोनीत करती हैं :-
1-श्री जितिन प्रसाद, प्रसाद भवन, खिरनीबाग, थाना सदर बाजार, शाहजहांपुर, उ0 प्र0
2-श्री संजय कुमार निषाद, 154 डी, जंगल सालिकराम, पादरी बाजार, गोरखपुर, उ0 प्र0
3-श्री वीरेन्द्र सिंह, ग्राम व पोस्ट जसाला, जिला शामली, उ0 प्र0
4-श्री राम गोपाल उर्फ गोपाल अंजान, 225, लाजपत नगर, निकट उपहार नर्सिंग होम, मुरादाबाद, उ0 प्र0;
चूँकि उत्तर प्रदेश विधान परिषद के मनोनीत सदस्यों के चार रिक्त स्थानों की पूर्ति के लिए संविधान के 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 27 सितम्बर, 2021 अतएव, अब, लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 की धारा 74 के अनुसार राज्यपाल द्वारा मनोनीत किये गये विधान परिषद के सदस्यों के नाम सर्वसाधारण के सूचनार्थ एतद्द्वारा अधिसूचित किये जाते हैं :-
1-श्री जितिन प्रसाद
2-श्री संजय कुमार निषाद
3-श्री वीरेन्द्र सिंह
4-श्री राम गोपाल उर्फ गोपाल अंजान।

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Uttar Pradesh is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 633/LXI-2021, dated September 27, 2021:

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (e) of clause (3) of Article 171 of the Constitution of India, read with clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 10 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Governor of Uttar Pradesh is pleased to nominate as members of Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council, the following Four persons, namely :–
1. Shri Jitin Prasad, Prasad Bhawan, Khirnibag, Thana Sadar Bazar, Shahjahanpur, U. P. 2. Shri Sanjay Kumar Nishad, 154 D, Jangal Salikram, Padari Bazar, Gorakhpur, U .P.
3. Shri Virendra Prasad, Village & Post Jasala, District Shamali, U. P.
4. Shri Ram Gopal Alias Gopal Anjan, 225 Lajpat Nagar, Near Upahar Nursing Home, Moradabad, U. P.
to fill the vacant seats of the Four nominated members of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council;
WHEREAS nominations have been made by the Governor of Uttar Pradesh in pursuance of sub-clause (e) of clause (3) of Article 171 of the Constitution of India for the purpose of filling the four seats of Four nominated members of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of section 74 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, the names of the members nominated by the Governor for the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council are hereby notified for general information :–
1. Shri Jitin Prasad
2. Shri Sanjay Kumar Nishad
3. Shri Virendra Prasad
4. Shri Ram Gopal Alias Gopal Anjan.
