राज्य कर अनुभाग-2 ———— संख्या 1042/ग्यारह-2-21-9(47)-17-उ0प्र0अधि0-1-2017-आदेश (203)-2021 लखनऊ, 1 अक्टूबर, 2021 ———— अधिसूचना उत्तर प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (उतर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन् 2017), की धारा 11 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, परिषद की सिफारिशों के आधार पर, एतद्द्वारा, अधिसूचना संख्या क0नि0-2-837/ग्यारह-9(47)-17-उ0प्र0अधि0-1-2017-आदेश (07)-2017, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 में अग्रतर निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थात्ः-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, अनुसूची में, क्रम संख्या 86 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियाँ रख दी जायेंगी, अर्थात्ः-
| ''86. | 1209 | बीज, फल और बीजाणु जो बोने के लिये उपयोग में लाये जाते हैं ः इस प्रविष्टि में बुवाई से भिन्न किसी अन्य उपयोग के लिए बीज सम्मिलित नहीं है।''; |
2-यह अधिसूचना तारीख 1 अक्टूबर, 2021 से प्रवृत्त होगी।

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification no. KA.NI.-2-837/XI-9(47)- 17-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order (07)-2017, dated June 30, 2017, namely :-
In the said notification, in the Schedule, for S. No. 86 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and the entries thereto shall be substituted, namely:-
| "86. | 1209 | Seeds, fruit and spores, of a kind used for sowing Explanation: This entry dose not cover seeds meant for any use other than sowing."; |
2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of October, 2021.
