राज्य कर अनुभाग-2 ———— संख्या 1043/ग्यारह-2-21-9(47)-17-उ0प्र0अधि0-1-2017-आदेश-(204)-2021 लखनऊ, 1 अक्टूबर, 2021 ———— अधिसूचना उत्तर प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (उतर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन् 2017), की धारा 9 की उप धारा (3) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, परिषद की सिफारिशों के आधार पर, एतद्द्वारा, अधिसूचना संख्या क0नि0-2-851/ग्यारह-9(47)-17-उ0प्र0अधि0-1-2017-आदेश-(18)-2017, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 में अग्रतर निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थात्ः-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी में, क्रम संख्या 3 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियाँ बढ़ा दी जायेगी, अर्थात्ः-
| ''3क | 33012400, 33012510, 33012520, 33012530, 33012540 | खट्टे फल स े भिन्न अन्य निम्नलिखित वाष्पशील तेल, अर्थातः क-पुदीना का (मेंथा पिपेरिटा); ख-अन्य मिन्ट काः स्पीयर मिंट तेल (एक्स मेंथा स्पीकाटा), वाटर मिंट तेल (एक्स मेंथा एक्वेटिक), हॉरसमिंट तेल (एक्स मेंथा साइलवेस्ट्रीज), बीरगामेंट तेल (एक्स मेंथा सिटरेट)। | कोई अरजिस्ट्रीकृत व्यक्ति | कोई रजिस्ट्रीकृत व्यक्ति।''; |

IN pursuance of the provision of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government notification no. 1043/XI-2-21-9(47)-17-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order-(204)-2021, dated October 1, 2021 :

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 9 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, (U.P. Act no. 1 of 2017) the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in notification no. KA.NI.-2-851/XI-9(47)-17- U.P.Act-1-2017-Order-(18)-2017, dated June 30, 2017, namely :-
IN the said notification, in the Table, after S. No. 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and the entries shall be inserted, namely:-
| "3A | 33012400, 33012510, 33012520, 33012530, 33012540 | Following essential oils other than those of citrus fruit namely:- (a) of peppermint (Mentha piperita); (b) of other mints: Spearmint oil (ex-mentha spicata), Water mint-oil (ex-mentha aquatic), Horsemint oil (ex-mentha sylvestries), Bergament oil (ex-mentha citrate). | Any Unregistered Person | Any Registered Person."; |
2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of October, 2021.
