राज्य कर अनुभाग-2 ———— संख्या 1044/ग्यारह-2-21-9(47)-17-उ0प्र0अधि0-1-2017-आदेश-(205)-2021 लखनऊ, 1 अक्टूबर, 2021 ———— अधिसूचना उत्तर प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (उतर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन् 2017) की धारा 9 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, परिषद् की सिफारिशों के आधार पर, एतद्द्वारा, अधिसूचना संख्या क0नि0-2-1635/ग्यारह-9(47)-17-उ0प्र0अधि0-1-2017-आदेश-(69)-2017, दिनांक 2 नवम्बर, 2017 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थात्ः-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी में, क्रम संख्या के समक्ष,- (i) स्तम्भ (3) में, प्रविष्ट के स्थान पर, प्रविष्टि ''(क) केन्द्रीय सरकार या किसी राज्य सरकार द्वारा सम्यक रूप से अनुमोदित किसी कार्यक्रम के अधीन समाज के आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्गों को निःशुल्क वितरण के लिए आशयित और यूनिट अभिधानों मे रखा खाद्य निर्मितियां;
(ख) केन्द्रीय सरकार या किसी राज्य सरकार द्वारा सम्यक रूप से अनुमोदित आईसीडीएस या समान प्रकार की योजना में पूर्ति के लिए फोर्टिफाइड चावल कर्नेट (प्रीमिक्स)'' रख दिया जायेगा;
(ii) स्तम्भ (4) में, प्रविष्ट में, ''खाद्य निर्मितियों'' दोनो स्थानों पर जहाँ पर वे आएं, के स्थान पर शब्द ''माल'' रख दिये जायेंगे;

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of rule 9 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, (U.P. Act no. 1 of 2017) the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification no. KA.NI.-2-1635/XI-9(47)-17-U.P.Act-1- 2017-Order-(69)-2017, dated November 2, 2017, namely :-
IN the said notification, in the Table, against S. no. 1,-
(i) in column (3), for the entry, the entry "(a) Food preparations put up in unit containers and intended for free distribution to economically weaker sections of the society under a programme duly approved by the Central Government or any State Government;
(b) Fortified Rice Kernel (Premix) supply for ICDS or similar scheme duly approved by the Central Government or any State Government." shall be substituted;
(ii) in column (4), in the entry, for the words "food preparations" at both the places, where they occur, the word ''goods" shall be substituted;
2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of October, 2021.
