अधिसूचना
उत्तर प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन् 2017) की धारा 9 की उपधारा (3) और उपधारा (4), धारा 11 की उपधारा (1), धारा 15 की उपधारा (5) और धारा 148 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, इस बात का समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना लोकहित में आवश्यक है, परिषद की सिफारिशों के आधार पर, एतदद्वारा, अधिसूचना संख्या क0नि0-2-843/ ग्यारह-9(47)/17-उ0प्र0अधि0-1-2017-आदेश-(10)-2017 दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 में अग्रतर निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थात् :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी में,-
(i) क्रम संख्या-1 के समक्ष, स्तम्भ (3) में, अंक और अक्षर "12कक" के पश्चात्, शब्द, अंक और अक्षर "या 12कख" बढ़ा दिये जायेंगे;
(ii) क्रम संख्या 9कक के समक्ष, स्तम्भ (3) में, शब्द "भारत में आयोजित होने वाले" के पूर्व शब्द ''जब भी पुनर्निर्धारित हो", बढ़ा दिये जायेंगे;
(iii) क्रम संख्या 9कक और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित को बढ़ा दिया जाएगा, अर्थात् :-

| "9कख | अध्याय 99 | भारत में आयोजित होने वाले ए0एफ0सी0 (एशियाई फुटबाल परिसंघ) महिला एशिया कप, 2022 के अधीन किसी समारोह में प्रत्यक्षतः या अप्रत्यक्षतः एशियाई फुटबाल परिसंघ (ए0एफ0सी0) और इसके सहायक संगठनों के द्वारा या उन्हे प्रदान की जाने वाली सेवाएं | शून्य | परन्तु यह कि निदेशक (खेल), युवा मामले और खेल मंत्रालय यह प्रमाणित करे कि सेवाएं प्रत्यक्षतः या अप्रत्यक्षतः एएफसी महिला एशिया कप 2022 के अन्तर्गत आने वाले किसी भी आयोजन से संबंधित हैं''; |
(iv) क्रम संख्या 9घ और 13 के समक्ष स्तम्भ (3) में, अंक और अक्षर "12कक" के पश्चात् शब्द, अंक और अक्षर "या 12 क ख" बढ़ा दिये जायेंगे;
(v) क्रम संख्या 19क और 19ख के समक्ष, स्तम्भ (5) में, अंक "2021" के स्थान पर, अंक "2022" रख दिये जायेंगे ;
(vi) क्रम संख्या 43 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों को निकाल दिया जाएगा; (vii) क्रम संख्या 61 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित को बढ़ा दिया जाएगा,

(viii) क्रम संख्या 72 के समक्ष, स्तम्भ (3) में, शब्द जिसके लिये "कुल व्यय" के पश्चात् अंक, प्रतीक और शब्द ''का 75% या अधिक " बढ़ा दिये जायेंगे;
(ix) क्रम संख्या 74क और 80 के समक्ष, स्तम्भ (3) में, अंक और अक्षर "12कक" के पश्चात् शब्द, अंक और अक्षर ''या 12 कख'' बढ़ा दिये जायेंगे;
(x) क्रम संख्या 82क और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित को बढ़ा दिया जायेगा,

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government notification no. 1040/XI-2–21-9(47)-17-U.P. Act-1-2017-Order(201)-2021, dated October 1, 2021 :

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 9, sub-section (1) of section 11, sub-section (5) of section 15 and section 148 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 2017), the Governor, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in notification no. KA.NI.-2-843/XI-9(47)/17-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order-(10)-2017, dated June 30, 2017, namely :– उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 1 अक्टूबर, 2021 3 In the said notification, in the Table,- (i) against serial number 1, in column (3), after the figures and letters "12AA", the word, figures and letters "or 12AB" shall be inserted;
(ii) against serial number 9AA, in column (3), after the words "hosted in India", the words "whenever rescheduled" shall be inserted;
(iii) after serial number 9AA and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted,

(iv) against serial numbers 9D and 13, in column (3), after the figures and letters "12AA", the word, figures and letters "or 12AB" shall be inserted;
(v) against serial numbers 19A and 19B, in column (5), for the figures "2021", the figures "2022" shall be substituted;
(vi) serial number 43 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted; (vii) after serial number 61 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted,

(ix) against serial numbers 74A and 80, in column (3), after the figures and letters "12AA", word, figures and letters "or 12AB" shall be inserted;
(x) after serial number 82A and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely :-
