अधिसूचना

उत्तर प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (उतर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन्‌ 2017) की धारा 9 की उपधारा (1), उपधारा (3) और उपधारा (4), धारा 11 की उपधारा (1), धारा 15 की उपधारा (5), धारा 16 की उपधारा (1) और धारा 148 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, इस बात का समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना लोकहित में आवश्यक है, और परिषद की सिफारिशों के आधार पर, एतद्‌द्वारा, अधिसूचना संख्या क0नि0-2–842/ग्यारह-9(47)-17-उ0प्र0अधि0-1-2017-आदेश (09)-2017, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 में अग्रतर निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

उक्त अधिसूचना में,-

(i) सारणी में,-

(क) क्रम संख्या 3 के समक्ष, स्तम्भ (3) में, मद (iv) में, खण्ड (छ) में, अंक, अक्षर ''12 कक'' के पश्चात्‌ शब्द, अंक और अक्षर ''अथवा 12 कख'' बढ़ा दिये जायेंगे।

(ख) क्रम संख्या 17 में,-

(क) स्तम्भ (3), (4) और (5) में मद (i) और उससे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियाँ निकाल दी जायेंगी;

(ख) स्तम्भ (3), (4) और (5) में मद (ii) और उससे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ रख दी जायेंगी, अर्थात्‌ :-

(ग) क्रम संख्या 26 के समक्ष, स्तम्भ (3) में,-

(क) कॉलम (3), (4) और (5) में, मद (iग) और उससे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्‌, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ बढ़ा दी जायेंगी, अर्थात्‌्‌ :-

अक्षर और शब्द ''(i), (iक), (iख) और (iग) और (iगक)'' रख दिये जायेंगे;

(ग) मद (iv) में, कोष्ठक, अक्षर और शब्द ''(i), (iक), (iख), (iग), (iघ), (ii), (iiक) और (iii)'' के स्थान पर कोष्ठक, अक्षर और शब्द ''(i), (iक), (iख), (iग), (iगक), (iघ), (ii), (iiक) और (iii)'' रख दिये जायेंगे;

(घ) क्रम संख्या 27 के समक्ष,-

(क) स्तम्भ (3), (4) और (5) में मद (i) और उससे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियाँ निकाल दी जायेंगी;

(ख) स्तम्भ (3), (4) और (5) में मद (ii) और उससे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ रख दी जायेंगी, अर्थात्‌ :-

(ङ) क्रम संख्या 34 के समक्ष, स्तम्भ (3), (4) और (5) में मद (iii) और (iiiक) और उससे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित मद और प्रविष्टियाँ रख दी जायेंगी, अर्थात्‌ :-

(च) क्रम संख्या 38 के समक्ष, स्तम्भ (3) में, स्पष्टीकरण में, अंक, शब्द और अक्षर ''अनूसूची-I, क्र0सं0 234'' के स्थान पर, अंक, अक्षर और शब्द ''अनुसूची-II, क्र0सं0 201क'' रख दिये जायेंगे;

(ii) 'अनुलग्नक सेवाओं के वर्गीकरण की स्कीम' में, क्रम संख्या 118 और उससे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्‌ निम्नलिखित को रख दिया जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ :-

2-यह अधिसूचना तारीख 1 अक्टूबर, 2021 से प्रवृत्त होगी।

IN pursuance of the provision of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government notification no. 1039/XI-2-21-9(47)-17-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order (200)-2021, dated October 1, 2021 :

Dated Lucknow, October 1, 2021

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), sub-section (3) and sub-section (4) of section 9, sub-section (1) of section 11, sub-section (5) of section 15, sub-section (1) of section 16 and section 148 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 2017), the Governor, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification no. KA.NI.-2–842/XI- 9(47)-17-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order (09)-2017, dated June 30, 2017, namely :-

In the said notification, -

(i) in the Table,–

(a) against serial number 3, in Column (3), in item (iv), in clause (g), after the figures and letters "12AA", word, figures and letters "or 12AB" shall be inserted;

(b) in serial number 17,–

(A) item (i) and the entries relating thereto in Columns (3), (4) and (5) shall be omitted;

(B) for item (ii) and the entries relating thereto in Columns (3), (4) and (5), the following entries shall be substituted, namely :–

(A) after item (ic) and the entries relating thereto in Columns (3), (4) and (5), the following entries shall be inserted, namely :–

and (iii)", the brackets, letters and word "(i), (ia), (ib), (ic), (ica), (id), (ii), (iia) and (iii)" shall be substituted;

(d) against serial number 27,–

(A) item (i) and the entries relating thereto in Columns (3), (4) and (5) shall be omitted;

(B) for item (ii) and the entries relating thereto in Columns (3), (4) and (5), the following entries shall be substituted, namely :–

Columns (3), (4) and (5), following items and entries shall be substituted, namely :–

letter "234 of Schedule-I", the figures, letter and words "201A of Schedule-II" shall be substituted;

(ii) in the "Annexure : Scheme of Classification of Services", after serial number 118 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely :–
