उत्तर प्रदेश साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1904 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन् 1904) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित उत्तर प्रदेश शीरा नियंत्रण अधिनियम,1964 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 24 सन् 1964) की धारा 8 की उपधारा (4) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके और समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित सरकारी अधिसूचना संख्या 3442 ई-2/तेरह-254-83, दिनांक 31 अक्टूबर, 1998 का आंशिक उपान्तरण करके और अन्ततः अधिसूचना संख्या 2384 ई-2/ तेरह-2013-254-83, दिनांक 22 अक्टूबर, 2013 द्वारा राज्यपाल अधिसूचित करती हैं कि दिनांक 1 नवम्बर, 2020 से, चीनी कारखाना का अध्यासी, अपने द्वारा राज्य में विक्रीत/सम्भरित (आबद्ध खपत हेतु अन्तरित/सम्भरित शीरे को छोड़कर) किये गये तथा राज्य के बाहर आयात एवं निर्यात के प्रयोजनों से किसी श्रेणी के शीरे पर निम्नलिखित दरों से राज्य सरकार को प्रशासनिक प्रभारों का भुगतान करने के लिए दायी होगाः- 2 उार प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 5 अक्टूबर, 2021 (दो) देश के अन्य राज्यों से प्रदेश में आयात किये जाने 15.00 रूपये (पन्द्रह रूपये) प्रति कुन्तल की वाले किसी श्रेणी के शीरे पर दर से। (तीन) ऐसे अन्य मामलों में, जो खण्ड (एक) तथा (दो) में 30.00 रूपये (तीस रूपये) प्रति कुन्तल की आच्छादित न हो
दर से।

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of the Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 2036 E-2/XIII- 2021-254-83, Dated: October 5, 2021.

IN exercise of the powers, under sub-section (4) of Section 8 of the Uttar Pradesh Sheera Niyantran Adhiniyam, 1964 (U.P. Act no. XXIV of 1964) read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P Act no. 1 of 1904) and in partial modification of Government Notification no. 3442E-2/XIII-2005-254/83, Dated October 31, 1998 as amended from time to time and lastly by notification no. 2384E-2/XIII-2013-254-83, Dated October 22, 2013, the Governor is pleased to notify that with effect from November 1,2020, the occupier of the sugar factory shall be liable to pay administrative charges to the State Government at the following rates on the molasses of any category sold/supply (except molasses transfer/supplied for captive consumption) by him within the State and for the purpose of Export and Import.
(1) Molasses of any category sold/supply @Rs 20.00(Rupees Twenty) per Quintal
(except molasses transfer/supplied for
captive consumption) within the State
(2) Molasses of any category to be @Rs 15.00(Rupees Fifteen) per Quintal imported within the State from any
other State of the Country
(3) In other cases, not covered in clauses @Rs 30.00(Rupees Thirty) per Quintal
