अधिसूचना
साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1897 (अधिनियम संख्या 10 सन् 1897) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित राश्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम, 2013 (अधिनियम संख्या 20 सन् 2013) की धारा 40 के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, उत्तर प्रदेष राज्य खाद्य आयोग नियमावली, 2015 को संषोधित करने के लिये जिस नियमावली को बनाने का प्रस्ताव करती हैं, उसका निम्नलिखित प्रारूप, समस्त सम्बंधित व्यक्तियों को सूचना के लिए और तत्सम्बंध में आपत्तियाँ और सुझाव आमंत्रित करने की दृश्टि से एत्दद्वारा प्रकाषित किया जाता है।
2-आपत्तियाँ और सुझाव, यदि कोई हों, प्रमुख सचिव, खाद्य एवं रसद विभाग, उत्तर प्रदेष शासन, लखनऊ को सम्बोधित करके लिखित रूप में प्रेशित किये जा सकते हैं। केवल उन्हीं आपत्तियों और सुझावों पर विचार किया जायेगा, जो इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाषित किये जाने के दिनांक से 15 दिन की अवधि के भीतर प्राप्त होंगे।
नियमावली का प्रारूप उत्तर प्रदेष राज्य खाद्य आयोग (द्वितीय संषोधन) नियमावली, 2021
1-(1) यह निमयावली उत्तर प्रदेष राज्य खाद्य आयोग (द्वितीय संषोधन) नियमावली, 2021 कही
संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ
जायेगी।
(2) यह गजट में प्रकाषित किये जाने के दिनांक से प्रवृत्त होगी। 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 7 अक्टूबर, 2021 नियम 3 का संषोधन 2-उत्तर प्रदेष राज्य खाद्य आयोग नियमावली, 2015 में, नियम 3 में, उपनियम (17) के पष्चात् निम्नलिखित उपनियम बढ़ा दिया जायेगा, अर्थात्ः- "(18) आयोग के अध्यक्ष का पद रिक्त होने अथवा अध्यक्ष या सदस्य के विरूद्ध जाँच संस्थित किये जाने की स्थिति में, राज्य सरकार अस्थायी व्यवस्था के रूप में आयोग के किसी अन्य सदस्य को आयोग के सदस्य के रूप में अपने कृत्यों और कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन करने के साथ ही साथ आयोग के अध्यक्ष के कृत्यों और कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिये प्राधिकृत कर सकती है।''

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 1747/XXIX-6-2021- 115sa-2014, dated October 7, 2021:

The following draft rules which the Governor propose to make in exercise of the powers under section 40 of the National Food Security Act, 2013 (Act no.20 of 2013) read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no.10 of 1897) to amend the Uttar Pradesh State Food Commission Rules, 2015 are hereby published for the information of all concerned and with a view to invite objection and suggestions in respect thereof.
2. Objections and suggestions, if any may be sent in writing addressed to the Pramukh Sachiv, Khadya Evam Rasad Vibhag, Uttar Pradesh Shasan, Lucknow. Only such objections and suggestions shall be taken into consideration as are received within a period of 15 days from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette.
Draft Rules THE UTTAR PRADESH STATE FOOD COMMISSION (SECOND AMENDMENT) RULES, 2021
Short title and
1. (1) These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh State Food Commission commencement
(Second Amendment) Rules, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Gazette.
Amendment
2. In Uttar Pradesh State Food Commission Rules, 2015, in rule 3 after of rule 3
sub-rule (17) following sub-rule shall be inserted, namely:-
"(18) In the situation of a vacant post of the Chairman of the Commission or an inquiry being instituted against the Chairman or Member, the State Government may, as a temporary arrangement, authorize any other Member of the Commission to discharge the functions and duties of the Chairman of the Commission along with discharging of his functions and duties as the Member of the Commission."
