अधिसूचना
उत्तर प्रदेश साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1904 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन् 1904) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित उत्तर प्रदेश राष्ट्रपति (परिष्कारों सहित पुनः अधिनियमन) अधिनियम, 1974 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 30 सन् 1974) द्वारा यथा पुनः अधिनियमित और संशोधित उत्तर प्रदेश नगर योजना और विकास अधिनियम, 1973 (राष्ट्रपति अधिनियम संख्या 11 सन् 1973) की धारा 3 के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल सरकारी अधिसूचना संख्या 1053/नौ-आवास-5-95-295डी0ए0-91, दिनांक 7 अप्रैल, 1995 में इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं।
संशोधन
(1) पूर्वोक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, -
(क) क्रम संख्या 130 की प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ रख दी जायेंगी, अर्थात्ः-
''ग्राम सितोली तहसील एत्मादपुर जिला आगरा।''
(ख) क्रम संख्या 210 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियाँ निकाल दी जायेंगी। 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 7 अक्टूबर, 2021 ''घुड़िया टीकुर''।

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 401/VIII-10–2021-05Gathan-2008, dated October 7, 2021 :

IN exercise of the powers under section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 (President's Act no. 11 of 1973) as re-enacted and amended by the Uttar Pradesh President's (Re-Enactment with modifications) Act, 1974 (U.P. Act no. 30 of 1974) read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904), the Governor is pleased to make the following amendment in the Government notification no. 1053/IX-Awas-5–95-295D.A.-91, dated April 7, 1995, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette.
AMENDMENT
In the aforesaid notification, in the area of the Firozabad-Shikohabad Development Area :-
(1) after paragraph (3), the following paragraph shall be substituted, namely:-
Area falling within the limits of the Municipal Board Tundla and Municipal Board Sirsaganj Shall be included.
(2) In the schedule to the aforesaid notification,-
(a) for entries at serial number 130, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :-
"Village Sitoli tehsil Etmadpur District Agra."
(b) serial no. 210 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
(c) for entries at serial number 213, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :-
"Ghudia Tikur".
