चूंकि प्रारम्भिक अधिसूचना संख्या 223/77-3-21-42(एम)-2020 लखनऊ, दिनांक 20 जनवरी, 2021 जिला गौतमबुद्धनगर, तहसील दादरी, परगना दादरी स्थित ग्राम पल्ला में ग्रेटर नोएडा औद्योगिक विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन अर्थात्‌ ''दिल्ली-मुम्बई इण्डस्ट्रियल कॉरिडोर (मल्टी मॉडल लॉजिस्टिक हब एवं इन्टीग्रेटेड ट्रांसपोर्ट हब)'' परियोजना के लिए 23.2335 हेक्टेयर भूमि अर्जित करने के लिए भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वासन और पुनव्र्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्शिता का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (अधिनियम संख्या 30 सन्‌ 2013)(जिसे आगे उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 11 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन जारी की गयी थी तथा अन्तिम रूप से दिनांक 23.01.2021 को प्रकाशित की गयी थी। डिप्टी कलेक्टर, दादरी, जिला गौतमबुद्धनगर को परियोजना से प्रभावित परिवारों के पुनर्वासन और पुनव्र्यवस्थापन के प्रयोजनार्थ से प्रशासक नियुक्त किया गया था। 2-उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 15 की उपधारा (2) के अधीन उपबन्ध के अनुसरण में प्रस्तुत कलेक्टर की रिपोर्ट पर विचार करने के पश्चात राज्यपाल, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 19 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन घोषणा करती हैं कि उनका यह समाधान हो गया है कि दी गई अनुसूची ''क'' में उल्लिखित भूमि का क्षेत्रफल, लोक प्रयोजन के लिए आवश्यक है।

3-राज्यपाल अग्रतर उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 19 की उपधारा (2) के अधीन जिला गौतमबुद्धनगर के कलेक्टर को इस आशय की घोषणा प्रकाशित करने के साथ पुनर्वासन और पुनव्र्यवस्थापन योजना का सारांश प्रकाशित करने के लिए निदेश देती हैं। पुनर्वासन और पुनव्र्यवस्थापन योजना का सारांश इसके साथ संलग्न है।360 RPH data 4e audhaik vikas 2021 fold. 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 23 अक्टूबर, 2021

Whereas preliminary notification no. 223/77-3-21-42(M)-2020 dated January 20, 2021 was issued under sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation And Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation And Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act no. 30 of 2013) (hereinafter referred as the said Act) for acquisition of 23.2335 hectares of land in the Village Palla, Pargana Dadri, Tehsil Dadri, District Gautambuddha Nagar for public purpose namely "project of Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (Multi Modal Logistic Hub & Integrated Transport Hub)" through the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority and lastly published on 23.01.2021. The Deputy Collector, Dadri, District Gautambuddha Nagar was appointed as Administrator for the purpose of Rehabilitation and Resettlement of the project affected families.

2. After considering the report of the Collector submitted in pursuance of provision under sub- section (2) of the section 15 of the said Act, the Governor is pleased to declare under sub-section (1) of section 19 of the said Act that he is satisfied that the area of the land mentioned in the given Schedule "A" is needed for public purpose.

3. The Governor is further pleased under sub-section (2) of section 19 of the said Act, to direct the Collector of District Gautambuddha Nagar to publish a summary of the Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme with publication of the declaration to this effect. The Summary of the Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme is attached herewith.
