अधिसूचना
कुटुम्ब न्यायालय अधिनियम, 1984 (अधिनियम संख्या 66 सन् 1984) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) और धारा 4 की उपधारा (2) के खण्ड (ख) और उत्तर प्रदेश कुटुम्ब न्यायालय नियमावली, 1995 के नियम 3 (ख) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, उच्च न्यायालय, इलाहाबाद की सहमति से नीचे अनुसूची के स्तम्भ-2 में उल्लिखित न्यायिक अधिकारी को, उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ-4 में उल्लिखित कुटुम्ब न्यायालय में अपर प्रधान न्यायाधीश के रूप में अपने पद का कार्यभार ग्रहण करने के दिनांक से नियुक्त करती हैं :-

IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of Section 4 and clause (b) of sub-section (2) of Section 4 of the family Courts Act, 1984 (Act no. 66 of 1984), and rule 3 (b) of the Uttar Pradesh Family Court Rules, 1995, the Governor with the concurrence of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad is pleased to appoint the Judicial Officer mentioned in Column-2 of the Schedule below as the Additional Principal Judge of the Family Court mentioned in Column-4 of the said Schedule with effect from the date of his taking over charge of his respective office.
