सहकारिता अनुभाग-1 ————— संख्या 1384/49-1–21-08(40)-2013 लखनऊ, 3 नवम्बर, 2021 ------- अधिसूचना चूँकि राज्य सरकार का समाधान हो गया है कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक और समीचीन है;

अतएव, अब, उत्तर प्रदेश अत्यावश्यक सेवाओं का अनुरक्षण अधिनियम, 1966 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 30 सन्‌ 1966) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल तात्कालिक प्रभाव से छः माह की अवधि के लिये उत्तर प्रदेश प्रारम्भिक कृषि सहकारी ऋण समिति के अधीन समस्त सेवाओं में हड़ताल निषिद्ध करती हैं ।

2-उक्त धारा की उपधारा (2) के अधीन राज्यपाल अग्रतर निदेश देती हैं कि यह आदेश गजट में प्रकाशित किया जायेगा।आज्ञा से, बी0 एल0 मीणा, प्रमुख सचिव। 397 RPH (Sahkarita-1) 2021 Data 4e 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 3 नवम्बर, 2021 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 1384 /XLIX-1–21-08(40)-2013, dated November 3, 2021:

WHEREAS the State Government is satisfied that in the public interest it is necessary and expedient so to do;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1966 ( U. P. Act no. 30 of 1966), the Governor is pleased to prohibit strikes in all services under the Uttar Pradesh Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Societies with immediate effect for a period of six months.

2. Under sub-section (2) of the said section, the Governor is further pleased to direct that this order shall be published in the Gazette.
