दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (अधिनियम संख्या 2 सन् 1974) की धारा 21 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल महोदया, गढ़ गंगा मेला, गढ़मुक्तेश्वर जनपद हापुड़ में वर्ष 2021 में आयोजित होने वाले मेले के लिए कानून व्यवस्था तथा यातायात व्यवस्था को नियंत्रित रखने हेतु प्रदेश के जनपद हापुड़ में जिलाधिकारी द्वारा तैनात किए गये यथावश्यक 25 नियमित सेक्टर मजिस्टे्रट तथा 10 रिजर्व सेक्टर मजिस्टे्रट, जिन्हें जिलाधिकारी द्वारा मेला स्थल पर तैनात किया जायेगा, को दिनांक 9 नवम्बर 2021 से 20 नवम्बर 2021 तक की अवधि के लिए कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट, जो विशेष कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट कहलायेंगे, नियुक्त करते हैं और ऐसे कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेटों को उक्त संहिता के अधीन कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेटों को प्रदान की जा सकने वाली समस्त शक्तियां, प्रदान करते हैं, जिनका प्रयोग वे हापुड़ जिले की सीमाओं के भीतर कर सकेंगे, जिसमें वे तत्समय तैनात हैं।

IN exercise of the powers under section 21 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974), the Governor is pleased to appoint 25 Parmanent Sector Magistrate and 10 Reserve Sector Magistrate place at Mela in district Hapur of Uttar Pradesh in Gargh Ganga Mela Year 2021 for maintain law & order in District-Hapur of U.P. as Executive Magistrates to be known as Special Executive Magistrates with effect from November 9, 2021 till November 20, 2021 and to confer on them all the powers of the Executive Magistrates as are conferrable under the said Code on such Executive Magistrates, to be exercised within the limits of respective district in Hapur which they are for the time being posted.
