अधिसूचना
उत्तर प्रदेश साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1904 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन् 1904) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित उत्तर प्रदेश जनहित गारन्टी अधिनियम, 2011 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 3 सन् 2011) की धारा 3 के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित सरकारी अधिसूचना संख्या 375/91-2013, दिनांक 27 नवम्बर, 2013 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं।
संशोधन
पूर्वोक्त अधिसूचना की, अनुसूची में, —षि विभाग से सम्बन्धित क्रम-संख्या-20(IV) में उल्लिखित प्रविष्टियाँ, निकाल दी जायेंगी, अर्थात् :-

IN exercise of the powers under section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Janhit Guarantee Adhiniyam, 2011 (U.P. Act no. 3 of 2011) read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904), the Governor is pleased to make, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette, the following amendment in Government notification no. 375/XCI-2013, dated November 27, 2013 as amended from time to time.
AMENDMENT
In the Schedule, to the aforesaid notification, the entries mentioned at serial number 20(IV) relating to Agriculture Department shall be omitted, namely :–
