IN exercise of the powers under section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974) read with sub-rule (ii) of rule 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Petty Offences (Trail by Special Judicial Magistrate) Rules, 1997 and in partial modification of notification no. 11/2020/810/VII-Nyaya-2–2020- 201G-95, dated June 12, 2020, the Governor, on the recommendation of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad is pleased to extend the tenure of the Special Judicial Magistrate as mentioned in the Schedule below till the date mentioned in Colonm-5 of the said schedule.
