न्याय अनुभाग-2 (अधीनस्थ न्यायालय) ———— संख्या 40/2021/1215/सात-न्याय-2-2021-201G-95 टी0सी0 लखनऊ, 11 नवम्बर, 2021 ———— अधिसूचना राज्यपाल, उच्च न्यायालय, इलाहाबाद की सिफारिश पर निदेश देती हैं कि नीचे अनुसूची के स्तम्भ-2 में उल्लिखित व्यक्ति, जिन्हें उत्तर प्रदेश पेटी अफेन्सेस (ट्रायल बाई स्पेशल जुडिशियल मजिस्ट्रेट) रूल्स, 1997 के नियम 4 के उप नियम (दो) के साथ पठित दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (अधिनियम संख्या 2 सन् 1974) की धारा 13 के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके नीचे अनुसूची के स्तम्भ-4 में उल्लिखित सरकारी अधिसूचना द्वारा विशेष न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया था, उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ-3 में उल्लिखित दिनांक से पद त्याग करने के कारण अपना-अपना पद धारण करने से प्रविरत हो जायेंगे।

THE Governor, on the recommendation of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, is pleased to direct that the persons mentioned in Column-2 of the Schedule below, who were appointed as Special Judicial Magistrate in exercise of the powers under section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974) read with sub-rule (ii) of rule 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Petty Offences (Trial by Special Judicial Magistrates) Rules, 1997, vide Government notification mentioned in Column-4 of the Schedule below shall cease to hold their office on account of resignation with effect from the date mentioned in Column-3 of the said Schedule.
