अधिसूचना
संविधान के अनुुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल, उत्तर प्रदेश सेवाकाल में मृत सरकारी सेवकों के आश्रितों की भर्ती नियमावली, 1974 में संशोधन करने की दृष्टि से निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाती हैं।
उत्तर प्रदेश सेवाकाल में मृत सरकारी सेवकों के आश्रितों की भर्ती (बारहवाँ संशोधन) नियमावली, 2021
1-(1) यह नियमावली उत्तर प्रदेश सेवाकाल में मृत सरकारी सेवकों के आश्रितों की संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ
भर्ती (बारहवाँ संशोधन) नियमावली, 2021 कही जायेगी।
(2) यह तुरन्त प्रवृत्त होगी। 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 12 नवम्बर, 2021 नियम 2 का संशोधन 2-उत्तर प्रदेश सेवाकाल में मृत सरकारी सेवकों के आश्रितों की भर्ती नियमावली, 1974 में, नियम 2 में, नीचे स्तम्भ-1 में दिये गये विद्यमान खण्ड (ग) के स्थान पर स्तम्भ-2 में दिया गया खण्ड रख दिया जायेगा, अर्थात् :-
स्तम्भ-1 स्तम्भ-2
(ग) ''कुटुम्ब'' के अन्तर्गत मृत सरकारी (ग) ''कुटुम्ब'' के अन्तर्गत मृत सरकारी सेवक के निम्नलिखित सम्बन्धी होंगेः- सेवक के निम्नलिखित सम्बन्धी होंगेः-
(एक) पत्नी या पति;
(एक) पत्नी या पति;
(दो) पुत्र/दत्तक पुत्र;
(दो) पुत्र/दत्तक पुत्र;
(तीन) अविवाहित पुत्रियाँ, अविवाहित
(तीन) पुत्रियाँ, (जिनमें दत्तक पुत्रियाँ
दत्तक पुत्रियाँ, विधवा पुत्रियाँ और विधवा सम्मिलित हैं) और विधवा पुत्र वधुएँ;
पुत्र वधुएँ;
(चार) मृत सरकारी सेवक पर (चार) मृत सरकारी सेवक पर आश्रित आश्रित अविवाहित भाई, अविवाहित बहन अविवाहित भाई, अविवाहित बहन और और विधवा माता, यदि मृत सरकारी विधवा माता, यदि मृत सरकारी सेवक सेवक अविवाहित था।

(पाँच) ऐसे लापता सरकारी सेवक, (पाँच) ऐसे लापता सरकारी सेवक, जिसे सक्षम न्यायालय द्वारा 'मृत' के रूप जिसे सक्षम न्यायालय द्वारा 'मृत' घोषित में घोषित किया गया है, के किया गया है, के उपरिउल्लिखित सम्बन्धीः उपरिउल्लिखित सम्बन्धीः
परन्तु यह कि यदि मृत सरकारी सेवक परन्तु यदि मृत सरकारी सेवक के के उपरिउल्लिखित सम्बन्धियों में से किसी उपरिउल्लिखित सम्बन्धियों में से किसी से सम्बन्धित कोई व्यक्ति उपलब्ध नहीं है से सम्बन्धित कोई व्यक्ति उपलब्ध नहीं है या वह शारीरिक और मानसिक रूप से या वह शारीरिक और मानसिक रूप से अनुपयुक्त पाया जाय और इस प्रकार अनुपयुक्त पाया जाय और इस प्रकार सरकारी सेवा में नियोजन के लिए अपात्र सरकारी सेवा में नियोजन के लिए अपात्र हो तो केवल ऐसी स्थिति में शब्द ''कुटुम्ब'' हो तो केवल ऐसी स्थिति में शब्द के अन्तर्गत मृत सरकारी सेवक पर आश्रित ''कुटुम्ब'' के अन्तर्गत मृत सरकारी सेवक पौत्र और अविवाहित पौत्रियाँ भी सम्मिलित पर आश्रित पौत्र और अविवाहित पौत्रियाँ होंगी।

IN exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to make the following rules with a view to amending the Uttar Pradesh Recruitment of Dependants of Government Servants Dying in Harness Rules, 1974.
THE UTTAR PRADESH RECRUITMENT OF DEPENDANTS OF GOVERNMENT
SERVANTS DYING IN HARNESS (TWELFTH AMENDMENT) RULES, 2021
Short title and
1. (1) These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Recruitment of
commencement Dependants of Government Servants Dying in Harness (Twelfth Amendment) Rules,
2021.
(2) They shall come into force at once.
Amendment of 2. In the Uttar Pradesh Recruitment of Dependants of Government Servants

Dying in Harness Rules, 1974, in rule 2, for existing clause (c) set out in Column-I
below, the clause as set out in Column-2 shall be substituted, namely:-
