सार्वजनिक द्युत अधिनियम, 1867 (अधिनियम संख्या 3 सन् 1867) की धारा 2 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल महोदया, उक्त अधिनियम के समस्त उपबन्धों का (जिनका विस्तार पहले नहीं किया गया है) जिला बदायूॅ में गंगा मेला, ककोड़ा के क्षेत्र पर जिसमें ग्राम - कादरगंज खाम, परगना निधिपुर, तहसील पटियाली जिला कासगंज और उक्त मेला के 8 कि0मी0 अर्धव्यास के भीतर का क्षेत्र समाविष्ट है, दिनांक 12 नवम्बर, 2021 से दिनांक 26 नवम्बर, 2021 (दोनों दिन सम्मिलित करते हुए) तक की अवधि के लिए विस्तार करते हैं।

IN exercise of the powers under Section 2 of the public Gambling Act, 1867 (Act no. III of 1867), as amended in its application to Uttar Pradesh, the Governor is pleased to extend all the provisions of the said Act (as do not stand already extended) to the District Badaun Mela Kakoda Village - Qadarganj Kham, Pargana-Nidhipur, Tehsil-Patiyali, District Kasganj and which comprises the area within a radius of 8 Km. of the said Mela for the period From November 12, 2021 to November 26, 2021 (both days inclusive).
