कुटुम्ब न्यायालय अधिनियम, 1984 (अधिनियम संख्या 66 सन् 1984) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) और उपधारा (2) के खण्ड (ख) और उत्तर प्रदेश कुटुम्ब न्यायालय नियमावली, 1995 के नियम 3(ख) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, उच्च न्यायालय, इलाहाबाद की सहमति से नीचे अनुसूची के स्तम्भ-2 में उल्लिखित न्यायिक अधिकारियों को, उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ-4 में उल्लिखित कुटुम्ब न्यायालय में प्रधान न्यायाधीश के रूप में अपने पद का कार्यभार ग्रहण करने के दिनांक से नियुक्त करती हैं :-

IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) and clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (Act no. 66 of 1984) and rule 3 (b) of the Uttar Pradesh Family Courts Rules, 1995, the Governor with the concurrence of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad is pleased to appoint the Judicial Officers mentioned in Column-2 of the Schedule below as the Principal/Additional Principal Judge of the Family Court mentioned against each in Column-4 of the said Schedule with effect from the date of their taking over charge of their respective office.
