NOTIFICATION
No. 429/UP/2021 :– In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 13B of the Representation of People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission of India hereby makes further amendments in its Notification No. 429/UP/2021, dated 15th July, 2021, relating to appointments of Electoral Registration Officers of Assembly Constituencies in the State of Uttar Pradesh, namely :-
In column 2 of the table appended to the said notification, the existing entry against item No. 284-Matera, "Settlement Officer,Consolidation, Baharaich" shall be substituted with the entry "Sub Divisional Officer (Judicial), Sadar Baharaich".

अधिसूचना
सं० 429/उ0प्र0/2021ः- लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 (1950 का 43) की धारा 13ख की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्द्वारा, उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य के विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के निर्वाचक रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिकारी की नियुक्ति से सम्बन्धित, अपनी अधिसूचना सं0 429/उ0प्र0/2021 दिनांक 15 जुलाई, 2021 मे ंआगे संशोधन करता है, नामतः-
उक्त अधिसूचना के संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ 2 में, मद संख्या 284-मटेरा के सामने, विद्यमान प्रविष्टि "बन्दोबस्त अधिकारी, चकबन्दी, बहराइच" के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि "उप जिलाधिकारी (न्यायिक), सदर बहराइच" प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी।
