सहकारिता अनुभाग-1 ————— संख्या 1437/49-01–2021 लखनऊ, 3 दिसम्बर, 2021 ------- अधिसूचना उत्तर प्रदेश साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1904 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन् 1904) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित उत्तर प्रदेश सहकारी समिति अधिनियम, 1965 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 11 सन् 1966) की धारा 130 के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल, उत्तर प्रदेश सहकारी समिति नियमावली, 1968 को संशोधित करने की दृष्टि से निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाती हैं।
उत्तर प्रदेश सहकारी समिति (साठवां संशोधन) नियमावली, 2021
संक्षिप्त नाम एवं 1-(1) यह नियमावली उत्तर प्रदेश सहकारी समिति ( साठवां संशोधन) नियमावली,
प्रारम्भ 2021 कही जायेगी।
(2) यह गजट में प्रकाशित किये जानेे के दिनांक से प्रवृत्त होगी।
नियम 453(1)(ग) 2- उत्तर प्रदेश सहकारी समिति नियमावली, 1968 (जिसे आगे ''उक्त नियमावली''
का संशोधन कहा गया है) में नीचे स्तम्भ-1 में दिये गये नियम 453(1)(ग) के स्थान पर स्तम्भ-2 में दिया
गया नियम रख दिया जायेगा। 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 3 दिसम्बर, 2021 स्तम्भ-1 स्तम्भ-2 453(1)(ग) वह विकृत चित्त या बहरा 453(1)(ग) वह विकृत चित्त हो;

IN exercise of the powers under section 130 of the Uttar Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1965 (U.P. Act no. 11 of 1966) read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904), the Governor is pleased to make the following rules with a view to amend the Uttar Pradesh Co-operative Societies Rules, 1968.
THE UTTAR PRADESH CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES (SIXTIETH
AMENDMENT) RULES, 2021
Short title and
1. (1) These Rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Co-operative Societies commencement (Sixtieth Amendment) Rules, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Gazette.
Amendment
2. In the Uttar Pradesh Co-operative Societies Rules, 1968 (hereinafter referred to of rule 453(1)(c) as the "said rules"), for rule 453 (1)(c) set out in Column-l below, the rule as set out in Column-II shall be substituted, namely.
