अधिसूचना
चूँकि राज्य सरकार की यह राय है कि जिला फर्रूखाबाद में गंगा नदी के पांचाल घाट पर एक नये सार्वजनिक नौघाट की आवश्यकता है;
अतएव, अब, उत्तरी भारत नौघाट अधिनियम, 1878 (अधिनियम संख्या 17 सन् 1878) की धारा 4 के खण्ड (ग) और (घ) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से नीचे अनुसूची में यथादर्शित सीमाओं के भीतर जिला फर्रूखाबाद में पांचाल घाट पर एक नया सार्वजनिक नौघाट स्थापित करती हैं।
पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 के अधीन, राज्यपाल अग्रतर निदेश देती हैं कि पूर्वोक्त दिनांक से, जिला फर्रूखाबाद में पांचाल घाट पर पूर्वोक्त सार्वजनिक नौघाट का तत्कालिक अधीक्षण, अधीक्षण अभियन्ता, कन्नौज- फर्रूखाबाद वृत्त, लोक निर्माण विभाग, कन्नौज में निहित होगा। अनुसूची

THE Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 445/XXIII-2–2021, dated December 3, 2021 for general information :
No. 445/XXIII-2–2021
Dated Lucknow, December 3, 2021
WHEREAS the State Government is of the opinion that a new public ferry is needed on the Panchal Ghat of Ganga river in district Farrukhabad;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under clauses (c) and (d) of section 4 of the Northern India Ferries Act, 1878 (Act no. 17 of 1878), the Governor is pleased to establish, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette, a new public ferry on the Panchal Ghat in district Farrukhabad within its limits as shown in the Schedule below.
Under section 6 of the aforesaid Act, the Governor is further pleased to direct that with effect from the aforesaid date, the immediate superintendence of the aforesaid public ferry at Panchal Ghat in district Farrukhabad shall vest in the Superintending Engineer, Kannauj- Farrukhabad Circle, Lok Nirman Vibhag, Kannauj.
