अधिसूचना
उत्तर प्रदेश साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1904 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन् 1904) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित उत्तर प्रदेश जनहित गारन्टी अधिनियम, 2011 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 3 सन् 2011) की धारा 3 के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से, समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित सरकारी अधिसूचना संख्या 2198/एक-14-2010-33(100)-2010 टी0सी0-III, दिनांक 15 जनवरी, 2011 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं।
संशोधन
पूर्वोक्त अधिसूचना में, अनुसूची में, क्रम-संख्या 86 की प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ, इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से स्तम्भवार बढ़ा दी जायेंगी, अर्थात् :-

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 268/XCI–2021-09-2014, dated December 14, 2021 :

IN exercise of the powers under section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Janhit Guarantee Adhiniyam, 2011 (U.P. Act no. 3 of 2011) read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904), the Governor is pleased to make with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette, the following amendment in Government notification no. 2198/1-14–2010-33(100)-2010 T.C.-III, dated January 15, 2011 as amended from time to time.
AMENDMENT
In the aforesaid notification, in the Schedule after entries at serial number 86, the following entries shall, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette, column-wise be inserted, namely :–
