अधिसूचना
संविधान के अनुुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल, उत्तर प्रदेश (लोक सेवा आयोग के क्षेत्र के बाहर के पदों पर) तदर्थ नियुक्तियों का विनियमितीकरण नियमावली, 1979 में संशोधन करने की दृष्टि से निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाती हैं।
उत्तर प्रदेश (लोक सेवा आयोग के क्षेत्र के बाहर के पदों पर) तदर्थ नियुक्तियों का विनियमितीकरण (चतुर्थ संशोधन) नियमावली, 2021
1-(1) यह नियमावली उत्तर प्रदेश (लोक सेवा आयोग के क्षेत्र के बाहर के पदों पर) संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ
तदर्थ नियुक्तियों का विनियमितीकरण (चतुर्थ संशोधन) नियमावली, 2021 कही जायेगी।
(2) यह तुरन्त प्रवृत्त होगी। 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 16 दिसम्बर, 2021 नियम 4 का संशोधन 2-उत्तर प्रदेश (लोक सेवा आयोग के क्षेत्र के बाहर के पदों पर) तदर्थ नियुक्तियों का विनियमितीकरण नियमावली, 1979 में नियम 4 में नीचे स्तम्भ-1 में दिये गये उपनियम (1) के स्थान पर स्तम्भ-2 में दिया गया उपनियम रख दिया जायेगा, अर्थात् :-

को उस रूप में निरन्तर सेवारत हो;
(दो) जो ऐसी तदर्थ नियुक्ति के (दो) जो ऐसी तदर्थ नियुक्ति के समय समय नियमित नियुक्तियों के लिए विहित नियमित नियुक्तियों के लिए विहित अपेक्षित अपेक्षित अर्हताएं रखता हो; और

IN exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to make the following rules with a view to amending the Uttar Pradesh Government Regularisation of Ad-hoc Appointments (On posts out side the Purview of the Public Service Commission) Rules, 1979.

Short title and
1. (1) These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Regularisation of Ad-hoc

(2) They shall come into force at once.
