उत्तर प्रदेश साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1904 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन् 1904) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित उत्तर प्रदेश नगरीय परिसर किरायेदारी विनियमन अधिनियम, 2021 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 16 सन् 2021) की धारा 44 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल उत्तर प्रदेश नगरीय परिसर किरायेदारी विनियमन नियमावली, 2021 का संशोधन करने की –ष्टि से निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाती हैं :-

संक्षिप्त नाम 1-यह नियमावली उत्तर प्रदेश नगरीय परिसर किरायेदारी विनियमन
(प्रथम संशोधन) नियमावली, 2021 कही जायेगी।
सामान्य 2- उत्तर प्रदेश नगरीय परिसर किरायेदारी विनियमन नियमावली, 2021 में ,—
संशोधन एक-शब्द ''अध्यादेश'' जहॉं कहीं आए हों, के स्थान पर शब्द ''अधिनियम'' रख
दिया जाएगा। 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 17 दिसम्बर, 2021 दो-शीर्षक से पूर्व आने वाले पैरा में, शब्द, अंक और प्रतीक ''उत्तर प्रदेश नगरीय परिसर किरायेदारी विनियमन अध्यादेश, 2021 (उत्तर प्रदेश अध्यादेश संख्या 3 सन् 2021)'', के स्थान पर शब्द, अंक और प्रतीक ''उत्तर प्रदेश नगरीय परिसर किरायेदारी विनियमन अधिनियम, 2021 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 16 सन् 2021)'' रख दिये जायेंगे।

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 44 of the Uttar Pradesh Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Act, 2021 (U.P. Act no. 16 of 2021) read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904), the Governor is pleased to make the following rules with a view to amend the Uttar Pradesh Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Rules, 2021:
THE UTTAR PRADESH REGULATION OF URBAN PREMISES
TENANCY (FIRST AMENDMENT) RULES, 2021
Short title 1. These rules shall be called the Uttar Pradesh Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy (First Amendment) Rules, 2021.
General
amendment
2. In the Uttar Pradesh Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Rules, 2021,— i. for the word "Ordinance" wherever occurring, the word "Act" shall be substituted;
ii. in the paragraph occurring before the heading, for the words, figures and symbols "Uttar Pradesh Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Ordinance, 2021 (U.P. Ordinance no. 3 of 2021)", the words, figures and symbols "Uttar Pradesh Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Act, 2021 (U.P. Act no. 16 of 2021)" shall be substituted.
