साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1897 (अधिनियम संख्या 10 सन् 1897) की धारा 21 और उत्तर प्रदेश पेटी अफेन्सेस (ट्रायल बाई स्पेशल जुडिशियल मजिस्ट्रेट) रूल्स, 1997 के नियम 4 के उपनियम (दो) के साथ पठित दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (अधिनियम संख्या 2 सन् 1974) की धारा 13 के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल, उच्च न्यायालय, इलाहाबाद की संस्तुति पर सरकारी अधिसूचना संख्या 9/2021/319/सात-न्याय- 2-2021-201जी-95,दिनांक 03 मार्च, 2021 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं।

पूर्वोक्त अधिसूचना में अनुसूची के क्रम-संख्या 18 की प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां स्तम्भवार रख दी जायेंगीः-

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 48/2021/1321/VII-Nyay-2–2021-201 G-95, dated December 17, 2021 :

IN exercise of the powers under section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974) read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897) and sub-rule (ii) of rule 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Petty Offences (Trial by Special Judicial Magistrates) Rules, 1997, the Governor, on the recommendation of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, is pleased to make the following amendment in Government notification no. 9/2021/319/VII-Nyay-2–2021-201G-95, dated March 03, 2021:

In the aforesaid notification, in the Schedule for the entries at serial no. 18, the following entries shall column-wise be substituted, namely:-
