अधिसूचना
उत्तर प्रदेश माल और सेवाकर अधिनियम, 2017 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1, सन् 2017) की धारा 9 की उपधारा (1), उपधारा (3) और उपधारा (4), धारा 11 की उपधारा (1), धारा 15 की उपधारा (5), धारा 16 की उपधारा (1) और धारा 148 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना लोकहित में आवश्यक है और परिषद् की सिफारिशों के आधार पर, एतद्द्वारा, अधिसूचना संख्या क0नि0-2-842/ग्यारह-9(47)-17-उ0प्र0अधि0-1-2017-आदेश (09)-2017, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 में अग्रतर निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थात् :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी में,-
(एक) क्रम संख्या 3 के समक्ष,-
(1) स्तम्भ (3) में, शीर्षक 'सेवा का वर्णन' में, मद (तीन), (छः), (नौ) एवं (दस) में, शब्द ''संघ राज्य क्षेत्र, स्थानीय प्राधिकरण, सरकारी प्राधिकरण अथवा सरकारी निकाय'' के स्थान पर, शब्द ''संघ राज्य क्षेत्र अथवा स्थानीय प्राधिकरण'' रख दिये जायेंगे;
(2) स्तम्भ (3) में, शीर्षक 'सेवा का वर्णन' में, मद (सात) में, शब्द ''संघ शासित क्षेत्र, किसी स्थानीय प्राधिकरण, किसी सरकारी प्राधिकरण अथवा किसी सरकारी निकाय'' के स्थान पर, शब्द ''संघ राज्य क्षेत्र अथवा स्थानीय प्राधिकरण'' रख दिये जायेंगे;
2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 20 दिसम्बर, 2021(दो) क्रम संख्या 26 के समक्ष, स्तम्भ (3) में, शीर्षक 'सेवा का वर्णन' में, मद (एक) में, खण्ड (ख) में, शब्द, संख्या, अंक एवं कोष्ठक सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1975 (अधिनियम संख्या 51 सन् 1975) के पश्चात् शब्द ''उक्त कपड़ा और कपड़ा उत्पादों की रंगाई या छपाई के माध्यम से सेवाओं का छोड़कर'' बढ़ा दिये जायेंगे।
2-यह अधिसूचना तारीख 1 जनवरी, 2022 से प्रवृत्त होगी।

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government notification no. 1207/XI-2–21-9(47)-17-U.P. Act-1-2017-Order (210)-2021, dated December 20, 2021 :

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), (3) and (4) of section 9, sub-section (1) of section 11, sub-section (5) of section 15 sub-section (1) of section 16 and section 148 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 2017), the Governor, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments to further amend notification no. KA.NI.-2-842/XI-9(47)-17-U.P. Act-1-2017- Order (09)-2017, dated 30th June, 2017, namely :–
In the said notification, in the Table,–
(i) against serial number 3,–
(1) in column (3), in the heading "Description of Service", in items (iii), (vi), (ix) and (x), for the words "Union territory, a local authority, a Governmental Authority or a government Entity" the words "Union territory or a local authority" shall be substituted;
(2) in column (3), in the heading "Description of Service", in item (vii), for the words "Union territory, local authority, a Governmental Authority or a government Entity" the words "Union territory or a local authority" shall be substituted;
(3) in column (5), in the heading "Condition", the entries against items (iii), (vi), (vii), (ix) and (x), shall be omitted;
(ii) against serial number 26, in column (3), in the heading "Description of Service", in item (i), in clause (b), after the words, numbers, figures and brackets "Customs tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975)" the words "except services by way of dyeing or printing of the said textile and textile products" shall be inserted.
2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 1st day of January, 2022.
