अधिसूचना
उत्तर प्रदेश माल और सेवाकर अधिनियम, 2017 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1, सन् 2017) की धारा 128 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, परिषद् की सिफारिशों के आधार पर, अधिसूचना संख्या क0नि0-2द्भ177/ग्यारह-9(47)-17-उ0प्र0अधि0-1-2017-आदेश (03)-2019, दिनांक 22 जनवरी, 2019 में अग्रतर निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थात् :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, नौवें और दसवें परंतुकों में, अंक, अक्षर और शब्द ''अगस्त, 2021 के 31वें दिन'' के स्थान पर, जहाँ कहीं भी वे आते हैं, अंक, अक्षर और शब्द ''नवम्बर, 2021 के 30वें दिन'' रख दिये जायेंगे।
2-यह अधिसूचना तारीख 29 अगस्त, 2021 से प्रवृत्त हुई समझी जायेगी।
आज्ञा से, 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 20 दिसम्बर, 2021 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government notification no. 1226/XI-2–21-9(47)-17-U.P. Act-1-2017-Order (213)-2021, dated December 20, 2021 :

IN exercise of the powers conferred by Section 128 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in notification no. KA.NI.-2–177/XI-9(47)-17-U.P. Act-1-2017-Order (03)-2019, dated January 22, 2019, namely :–
In the said notification, in the ninth and tenth provisos, for the figures, letters and words "31st day of August, 2021", wherever they occur, the figures, letters and words "30th day of November, 2021" shall be substituted.
2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 29th day of August, 2021.
