उत्तर प्रदेश साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1904 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन् 1904) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित संयुक् त प्रांत आबकारी अधिनियम, 1910(संयुक् त प्रांत अधिनियम संख्या 4 सन् 1910) की धारा 6 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके और सरकारी अधिसूचना संख्या-608 ई-2/तेरह-2021-25-2021, दिनांक 05 मार्च, 2021 का अधिक्रमण करके , राज्यपाल घोषणा करती हैं कि दिनांक
01 दिसम्बर, 2021, से पूर्वोक् त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए, पूर्वोक् त अधिनियम की धारा 37-क के अधीन प्रतिषिद्ध क्षेत्रों के रूप में अधिसूचित क्षेत्रों को छोड़कर उत्तर प्रदेश के समस्त क्षेत्रों में मादक वस्तुओं के निम्नलिखित परिमाण, फु टकर बिक्री की सीमा होंगे:-

| नोट:- उपरोक् त क्रम संख्या 2 (क) एवं 2 (ख) दोनों प्रकार की मदिरा होने की स्थिति में क्रम- संख्या 2 (क) एवं 2 (ख) में उल्लिखित मदिरा की सम्मिलित सीमा 9.0 लीटर होगी। | ||

| नोट:- उपरोक्त क्रम संख्या (घ) (i) एवं (घ) (ii) दोनों प्रकार की बीयर होने की स्थिति में क्रम- संख्या (घ) (i) एवं (घ) (ii) में उल्लिखित बीयर की सम्मिलित सीमा 5.0 लीटर होगी। | ||

THE Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 2492 E-2/XIII-2021-25-2010-249226 dated December 22, 2021:

In exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the United Provinces Excise Act, 1910 (U.P. Act no. 4 of 1910) read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P.
Act no. 1 of 1904) and in supersession of Government Notification no. 608 E-2/XIII-2021-25-2021 dated 5th March, 2021, the Governor is pleased to declare that with effect from December 01, 2021 the following quantities of intoxicants shall, for the purposes of the aforesaid Act, be the limit of sale by retail in all areas of Uttar Pradesh except the areas notified as prohibited areas under section 37-A of the aforesaid Act :-

| Note:- In case of both type of liquors as in Sl. No. 2 (a) and 2 (b), the combined limit of liquors mentioned in Sl. No. 2 (a) and 2(b) shall be 9.0 Litres. | ||

| Note:- In case of both type of Wine as in Sl. No. (c) (i) and (c) (ii), the combined limit of Wines mentioned in Sl. No. (c) (i) and (c) (ii) shall be 5.0 Litres. | ||

| Note:- In case of both type of Beer as in Sl. No. (d) (i) and (d) (ii), the combined limit of Beers mentioned in Sl. No. (d) (i) and (d) (ii) shall be 12.0 Litres. | ||
