अविनियमित निक्षेप स्कीम पाबंदी अधिनियम, 2019 (अधिनियम संख्या 21 सन् 2019) की धारा 8 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल मुख्य न्यायमूर्ति, उच्च न्यायालय, इलाहाबाद की सहमति से एतद्द्वारा नीचे अनुसूची के स्तम्भ-2 में विनिर्दिष्ट न्यायालयों को उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ-3 में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्र में अधिकारिता का प्रयोग करने और ऐसे मामलों जिनके निमित्त पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम के उपबन्ध लागू होंगे और उससे संबंधित तथा आनुषंगिक अन्य मामलों के संबंध में पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम के अधीन मामला या मामलों का विचारण करने के लिए उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ-4 में विनिर्दिष्ट अभिहित न्यायालय के रूप में अभिहित करती हैं :-

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 sub-section (1) of the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019 (Act no. 21 of 2019), the Governor in concurrence with the Chief Justice of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad hereby designates the Courts specified in Column-2 of the Schedule below as Designated Court as specified in Column-4 of the said Schedule to exercise jurisdiction in the area specified in Column-3 of the said Schedule and to try case or cases under the aforesaid Act in respect of the matters to which the provisions of the aforesaid Act shall apply and the other matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
