अधिसूचना
उत्तर प्रदेश माल और सेवाकर अधिनियम, 2017 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन् 2017) की धारा 25 की उपधारा (6घ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, परिषद् की सिफारिशों पर एतद्द्वारा अधिसूचना संख्या 335/ग्यारह-2-21-9(47)-17-उ0प्र0अधि0-1-2017-आदेश (176)-2021, दिनांक 6 अप्रैल, 2021 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थात् :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, प्रथम पैरा में शब्द ''एतद्द्वारा अधिसूचित करती हैं कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 25 की'' के पश्चात् शब्द, कोष्ठक, अंक और अक्षर ''उपधारा (6क) या'' बढ़ा दिये जायेंगे।
2-यह अधिसूचना तारीख 24 सितम्बर, 2021 से प्रवृत्त हुई समझी जायेगी।

Act-1-2017-Order (215)-2021, dated December 23, 2021 :

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6D) of section 25 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in notification no. 335/XI-2–21-9(47)-17-U.P. Act-1- 2017-Order (176)-2021, dated April 6, 2021, namely :–
In the said notification, in the first paragraph after the words "hereby notifies that the provisions of", the words, brackets, figure and letter "sub-section (6A) or" shall be inserted.
2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 24th day of September, 2021.
