दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (अधिनियम संख्या 2 सन् 1974) की धारा 21 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल महोदय, जनपद अयोध्या में हाईस्कूल/इण्टरमीडिट बोर्ड परीक्षा, महाशिवरात्रि, होली, चैत्र रामनवमी मेला-2022, इदु-उल-फितर आदि त्योहारों, व जनपद में होने वाले अन्य कार्यक्रमों तथा कोरोना वायरस (कोविड-19) के संक्रमण से फैलने वाली महामारी के दृष्टिगत जनपद में लोक शान्ति व्यवस्था एवं जनसुरक्षा बनाये रखने हेतु जनपद अयोध्या में तैनात राज्य सरकार के समस्त विभागों के समस्त राजपत्रित अधिकारियों और अधीनस्थ राजपत्रित अधिकारियों को और राज्य सरकार के स्वामित्वाधीन या नियंत्रणाधीन स्थानीय प्राधिकरणों और निगमों या निकायों के पुराना वेतन बैण्ड-2, रु0 9300-34,800, पे-ग्रेड रु0 4200 एवं नया वेतन लेवल-6 वेतनमान रु0 35,400-1,12,400 या उच्चतर वेतन बैण्ड का पद धारण करने वाले निम्नलिखित समस्त अधिकारियों को दिनांक 01 जनवरी 2022 से दिनांक 30 जून, 2022 तक के लिए कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट, जिन्हें विशेष कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट के रूप में जाना जायेगा, नियुक्त करते हैं और ऐसे कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेटों को उक्त संहिता के अधीन कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेटों को प्रदान की जा सकने वाली समस्त शक्तियाँ, प्रदान करते हैं, जिनका प्रयोग वे जनपद अयोध्या की सीमा के भीतर कर सकेंगे, जिसमें वे तत्समय तैनात हैं :-
