अधिसूचना
उत्तर प्रदेश वित्तीय अधिष्ठानों में जमाकर्ता हित संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2016 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 16 सन् 2016) की धारा 7 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, मुख्य न्यायमूर्ति, इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय की सहमति से एतद्द्वारा नीचे दी गयी अनुसूची के स्तम्भ-2 में उल्लिखित जिलों के जिला और सत्र न्यायाधीशों को, उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ-3 में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्रों की स्थानीय सीमाओं हेतु उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन उन्हें प्रदत्त अधिकारिता तथा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने के प्रयोजनार्थ नामनिर्दिष्ट करती हैं।

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 52/2021/1249/VII- Nyaya-2–2021-83G-2019T.C.-II, dated December 30, 2021:

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Uttar Pradesh Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishment Act, 2016 (U.P. Act no. 16 of 2016), the Governor with the concurrence of the Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court hereby nominate the District and Sessions Judge of the district mentioned in the Column-2 of the Schedule given below for the purpose of exercising jurisdiction and powers conferred on them under the said Act for the local limits of the area as specified in Column-3 of the said Schedule .
