अधिसूचना
उत्तर प्रदेश माल और सेवाकर अधिनियम, 2017 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1, सन् 2017) की धारा 9 की उपधारा (1) और धारा 15 की उपधारा (5) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, परिषद् की सिफारिशों के आधार पर एतद्द्वारा अधिसूचना संख्या क0नि0-2-836/ग्यारह-9(47)-17-उ0प्र0अधि0-1-2017-आदेश (06)-2017, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 में अग्रतर निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थात् :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में,-
क-अनुसूची-I-2.5 % में,-
क्रम संख्या 225 और उससे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियाँ निकाल दी जायेंगी;
ख-अनुसूची- II-6 % में,-
क्रम संख्या 171 और उससे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियाँ बढ़ा दी जायेगी, अर्थात् :-
| ''171 क 1 | 64 | फुटवियर, जिनका बिक्री मूल्य 1000 रुपए प्रति जोड़ी से अधिक न हो।'' |
2-यह अधिसूचना तारीख 1 जनवरी, 2022 से प्रवृत्त होगी।
आज्ञा से, 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 31 दिसम्बर, 2021 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government notification no. 1206/XI-2–21-9(47)-17TC163-U.P. Act-1-2017-Order (216)-2021, dated December 31, 2021 :

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 and sub-section (5) of section 15 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 2017), the Governor on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification no. K.NI.-2-836/XI-9(47)-17-U.P. Act-1-2017-Order (6)-2017, dated 30th June, 2017, namely :–
In the said notification,–
a. in schedule-I-2.5%,
Serial number 225 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;
b. in schedule-II-6%,
after serial number 171 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely :–
| "171 A 1 | 64 | Footwear of sale value not exceeding Rs. 1000 per pair." |
2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of January, 2022.
