उत्तर प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन्‌, 2017) की धारा 9 की उपधारा (1) और धारा 15 की उपधारा (5), द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल, परिषद्‌ की सिफारिशों के आधार पर, एतद्‌द्वारा, अधिसूचना संख्या क0नि0-2-836/ग्यारह-9(47)-17-उ0प्र0अधि0-1-2017- आदेश (06)-2017, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017, में अग्रतर निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थात्‌ :-

उक्त अधिसूचना में,-

क. अनसूची I-2.5% में,-

(i) क्रम संख्या 2 के समक्ष, स्तम्भ (2) में प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, प्रविष्टि ''0303,0304, 0305, 0306, 0307, 0308, 0309'' रख दी जायेगी;

IN pursuance of the provision of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government notification no. 1389/XI-2-21-9(47)-17-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order (217)-2021, dated December 31, 2021 :

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 and sub-section (5) of section 15 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 2017), the Governor on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification no. KA.NI.-2-836/XI-9(47)-17-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order (06)-2017, dated June 30, 2017, namely :–

In the said notification, –

a. in schedule I-2.5%,-

(i) against S. no. 2, for the entry in Column (2), the entry "0303, 0304, 0305, 0306, 0307, 0308, 0309" shall be substituted;

(ii) against S. no. 9, for the entry in Column (3), the entry "Yoghurt; Cream, kephir and other fermented or acidified milk and cream, whether or not concentrated or containing added sugar or other sweetening matter or flavored or containing added fruit, nuts or cocoa" shall be substituted;

(iii) against S. no. 14, for the entry in Column (3), the entry "Insects and other edible products of animal origin, not elsewhere specified or included" shall be substituted;

(iv) against S. no. 87, for the entry in Column (3), the entry "Other fixed vegetable or microbial fats and oils (including jojoba oil) and their fractions, whether or not refined, but not chemically modified." shall be substituted;

(v) against S. No. 28, for the entry in column (3), the entry "Sausages and similar products, of meat, meat offal, blood or insects, food preparations based on these products" shall be substituted;
