उत्तर प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन्, 2017) की धारा 11 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, परिषद् की सिफारिशों पर, एतद्द्वारा, अधिसूचना संख्या क0नि0-2-1826/ग्यारह-9(47)-17-उ0प्र0अधि0-1-2017-आदेश (134)-2018, दिनांक 19 सितम्बर, 2018 में अग्रतर निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थात् :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी में,-
(i) क्रम संख्या 4 के समक्ष, स्तम्भ (2) में प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, प्रविष्टि ''4414'' रख दी जायेगी;
(ii) क्रम संख्या 29 के समक्ष, स्तम्भ (2) में प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, प्रविष्टि ''7419 80'' रख दी जायेगी; 2-यह अधिसूचना तारीख 1 जनवरी, 2022 से प्रवृत्त होगी।
आज्ञा से, 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 31 दिसम्बर, 2021 IN pursuance of the provision of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government notification no. 1390/XI-2-21-9(47)-17-U.P. Act-1-2017-Order (218)-2021, dated December 31, 2021 :

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification no. KA.NI.-2-1826/XI-9(47)-17-U.P. Act-1-2017-Order (134)-2018, dated September 19, 2018, namely :–
In the said notification, in the Table,–
(i) against S. no. 4, for the entry in Column (2), the entry "4414" shall be substituted;
(ii) against S. no. 29, for the entry in Column (2), the entry "7419 80" shall be substituted;
2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of January, 2022.
