अधिसूचना
वक्फ अधिनियम, 1995 (अधिनियम संख्या 43 सन् 1995) की धारा 23 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल, प्रो0 सैयद शफीक अहमद अशरफी, विभागाध्यक्ष उर्दू, ख्वाजा मुइनुद्दीन चिश्ती भाषा विश्वविद्यालय, लखनऊ को उत्तर प्रदेश सुन्नी सेन्ट्रल वक्फ बोर्ड के पूर्ण कालिक मुख्य कार्यपालक अधिकारी के रूप में प्रतिनियुक्ति पर नियुक्त करती हैं।
2-प्रो0 सैयद शफीक अहमद अशरफी के वेतन का भुगतान निदेशालय, अल्पसंख्यक कल्याण, उत्तर प्रदेश के माध्यम से उक्त विश्वविद्यालय को किया जायेगा, और उक्त विश्वविद्यालय प्रो0 सैयद शफीक अहमद अशरफी को वेतन भुगतान करेगा।
3-प्रो0 सैयद शफीक अहमद अशरफी को सेवानिवृत्ति से पूर्व अपने पैतृक विभाग में अपना योगदान प्रस्तुत करना होगा।

IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 23 of the Waqf Act, 1995 (Act no. 43 of 1995), the Governor is pleased to appoint on deputation Pro. Syed Shafeeque Ahmad Ashrafi, Head of the Department Urdu, Khawaja Muinuddin Chishti Language University, Lucknow, as the full-time Chief Executive Officer of the Uttar Pradesh Sunni Central Waqf Board.
2. Payment of salary to Pro. Syed Shafeeque Ahmad Ashrafi shall be given through Directorate Alpsankhyak Kalyan, Uttar Pradesh to University and University will pay to Pro. Syed Shafeeque Ahmad Ashrafi.
3. Before retirememt Pro. Syed Shafeeque Ahmad Ashrafi shall submit his joining in his parent department.
