उत्तर प्रदेश दुकान और वाणिज्यिक अधिष्ठान अधिनियम, 1962 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 26 सन् 1962) की धारा 1 की उपधारा (3) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल निदेश देती हैं कि उक्त अधिनियम के समस्त उपबन्ध जिला प्रयागराज के जंघई बाजार, तहसील हण्डिया स्थित समस्त दुकानों और वाणिज्य अधिष्ठानों में इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से लागू होंगे।

IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Uttar Pradesh Dookan Aur Vanijya Adhishthan Adhiniyam, 1962 (U. P. Act no. 26 of 1962), the Governor is pleased to direct that all the provisions of said Adhiniyam shall, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette, apply to all shops and commercial establishments situated in Janghai Bazar, Tehsil Handia of District Prayagraj.
