उत्तर प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2021 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 40 सन्‌, 2021) (जिसे आगे उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 1 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, एतद्‌द्वारा तारीख 1 अगस्त, 2021 को ऐसी तारीख नियत करती हैं, जिस तारीख को उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 और 5 के उपबंध प्रवृत्त हुये समझे जायेंगे।

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021 (U.P. Act no. 40 of 2021) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor, hereby appoints the 1st day of August, 2021, as the date on which the provisions of sections 4 and 5 of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
