NOTIFICATIONS

No. 434/UP-LA/2021:- IN pursuance of the provisions of section 21 of the Representation of People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India hereby, makes the following further amendments in its Notification no. 434/UP-LA/2021, dated 2nd July, 2021, as amended from time to time, relating to appointment of Returning Officers of Assembly Constituencies in the State of Uttar Pradesh namely;

In column (2) of the Table appended to the said Notification, the existing entries as shown against the 371-Zafrabad Assembly Constituency of column (1) shall be substituted with the entry, "Deputy Director of Consolidation, Jaunpur".

No. 434/UP-LA/2021(1) :- IN exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India hereby, makes the following further amendments in its Notification no. 434/UP-LA/2021(1), dated 2nd July, 2021, as amended from time to time relating to appointment of Assistant Returning Officers of Assembly Constituency in the State of Uttar Pradesh;

the Assembly Constituencies mentioned in column (1) of the Table, shall be substituted with the following entries :–

ः- लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 21 के उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्‌द्वारा, उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य के विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के रिटर्निंग आफिसर की नियुक्ति से संबंधित, समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित अपनी अधिसूचना संख्या 434/उ0प्र0-वि0स0/2021, दिनांक 2 जुलाई, 2021 में आगे निम्न संशोधन करता है, अर्थातः-

उक्त अधिसूचना की संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ (1) में 371-जफराबाद विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के सामने सारणी के स्तम्भ (2) में विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर ''उप संचालक, चकबन्दी, जौनपुर'' प्रतिस्थापित की जायेगी।586 RPH Election Commission notification) 2022 Data 4e उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 24 जनवरी, 2022 3 1 ः- लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 22 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्‌द्वारा, उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य के विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के सहायक रिटर्निंग आफिसर की नियुक्ति से संबंधित, समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित अपनी अधिसूचना संख्या 434/उ0प्र0-वि0स0/2021(1), दिनांक 2 जुलाई, 2021 में आगे निम्न संशोधन करता है;

उक्त अधिसूचना की संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ (1) में दिये गये निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के सामने सारणी के स्तम्भ (2) में विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ प्रतिस्थापित की जायेंगी :-
