(cid:292)ांत आबकार(cid:547) अिधिनयम, 1910 ( (cid:292)ांत अिधिनयम सं(cid:201)या 4 सन ् 1910) क(cid:551) धारा 40 क(cid:551) उपधारा (1) और उपधारा (2) के ख(cid:214)ड (घ) के अधीन श(cid:466)(cid:416)य(cid:585) का (cid:292)योग करके , , समय-समय पर यथा संशोिधत अिधसूचना सं(cid:201)या 129/तेरह-204, (cid:465)दनांक 13 माच(cid:91), 1931 के अधीन (cid:292)कािशत (cid:466)वकृ त (cid:468)(cid:232)(cid:292)ट का आयात, िनया(cid:91)त, प(cid:464)रवहन और उसे क(cid:222)जे म(cid:581) रखने से संबंिधत िनयमावली को संशोिधत करने क(cid:551)
से िन(cid:224)निल(cid:468)खत िनयमावली बनाती ह(cid:583)।

प(cid:464)रवहन और उसे क(cid:222)जे म(cid:581) रखना ( संशोधन) िनयमावली, 2022 कह(cid:547) जायेगी
(2) यह गजट म(cid:581) (cid:292)कािशत (cid:465)कये जाने के (cid:465)दनांक से (cid:292)वृ(cid:419) होगी।

अपनी क(cid:224)पनी के (cid:465)डपो को (cid:466)वकृ त पावर अ(cid:227)कोहल का िनया(cid:91)त, रेल वैगन(cid:585) के मा(cid:218)यम से कर सकते ह(cid:583)।

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 295E- 2/XIII-2022-08(T.C.-II)-95-367370, dated February 4, 2022:

IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) and clause (d) of sub-section (2) of section 40 of the United Provinces Excise Act, 1910 (U.P. Act no. IV of 1910), the Governor is pleased to make the following rules with a view to amending the rules relating to import, export, transport and possession of denatured spirit published under notification no 129/XIII-204, dated March 13, 1931 as amended from time to time.
THE UTTAR PRADESH EXCISE IMPORT, EXPORT, TRANSPORT AND POSSESSION OF DENATURED SPIRIT (TWENTY FIFTH AMENDMENT) RULES, 2022
1. (1) These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Excise Import, Export, Short title and
Transport and Possession of Denatured Spirit (Twenty Fifth Amendment) Rules, 2022.

(2) They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Gazette.
Amendment of
2. In the rules relating to import, export, transport and possession of denatured rule 8
spirit published under notification no 129/XIII-204, dated March 13, 1931( as amended), for rule 8 as set out in Column-1 below, the rule as set out in Column-2, shall be substituted, namely:-

Provided that petroleum depots holding F.L.-41 licences as mentioned in sub-rule (9) of rule 4 of Uttar Pradesh Licenses for the Possession of Denatured Spirit and Specially Denatured Spirit Rules, 1976 (as amended), may export denatured power alcohol to the depots of their own company situated in other States through Rail Wagons.
