अधिसूचना
औषधि और प्रसाधन नियमावली 1945 के नियम 44 के साथ पठित औषधि और प्रसाधन सामग्री अधिनियम, 1940 (अधिनियम संख्या 23 सन् 1940) की धारा 20 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से श्री सौरभ त्रिपाठी, वरिष्ठ विश्लेषक (औषधि) को पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ समस्त औषधि और प्रसाधन सामग्री का प्रमाणीकरण करने हेतु सम्पूर्ण उत्तर प्रदेश के लिए ''राजकीय विश्लेषक'' नियुक्त करती हैं।

IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 20 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (Act no. 23 of 1940) read with rule 44 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, the Governor is pleased to appoint Mr. Saurabh Tripathi, Senior Analyst (Drug) to be "Government Analyst" for the whole of Uttar Pradesh for certifying all drugs and cosmetics for the purposes of the aforesaid Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette.
