उपभोक्ता संरक्षण (राज्य आयोग और जिला आयोग के अध्यक्ष और सदस्यों की नियुक्ति के लिए अर्हता, भर्ती की पद्धति, नियुक्ति की प्रक्रिया, कार्यकाल, पद से त्याग-पत्र और हटाना) नियम, 2020 के नियम 10 के साथ पठित उपभोक्ता संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2019 (अधिनियम संख्या 35 सन् 2019) की धारा 28 के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, नीचे अनुसूची के स्तम्भ-3 में उल्लिखित व्यक्तियों को उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ-2 में प्रत्येक के समक्ष उल्लिखित प्रत्येक जिला के जिला आयोग नामक जिला उपभोक्ता विवाद प्रतितोष आयोग में उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ-5 के समक्ष यथा उल्लिखित अध्यक्ष के पद पर अपना-अपना कार्यभार ग्रहण करने के दिनांक से चार वर्ष के लिए अथवा पैंसठ वर्ष की आयु तक के लिए, जो भी पहले हो, नियुक्त करती हैं। नीचे अनुसूची में सम्मिलित जिला आयोगों के गठन से सम्बन्धित कोई पूर्ववर्ती अधिसूचनाएँ तदनुसार उपान्तरित की गयी समझी जायेंगी। 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 7 मार्च, 2022 अनुसूची

IN exercise of the powers under section 28 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (Act no. 35 of 2019) read with rule 10 of the Consumer Protection (Qualification for appointment, method of recruitment, procedure of appointment, term of office, resignation and removal of the president and members of the State Commission and District Commission) Rules, 2020, the Governor is pleased to appoint the persons mentioned in Column-3 of the Schedule below to the office of the President as mentioned against Column-5 of the said Schedule with effect from the date of their taking over charge for four years or upto the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier in the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission to be known as the District Commission of each District mentioned against each one of them in Column-2 of the said Schedule. Any previous notifications relating to the constitution of the District Commissions included in the said Schedule shall stand modified accordingly.
