साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1897 (अधिनियम संख्या 10 सन् 1897) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित उत्तर प्रदेश में उसकी प्रवृत्ति के सम्बन्ध में यथा संशोधित रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1908 (अधिनियम संख्या 16 सन् 1908) की धारा 78-क के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से आगरा मेट्रो रेल परियोजना के कॉरिडोर-1 के मेट्रो डिपो के निर्माण हेतु, आगरा स्थित चिन्हित 8.6818 हेक्टेयर भूमि के सम्बन्ध में उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा उत्तर प्रदेश मेट्रो रेल कॉरपोरेशन के पक्ष में निष्पादित हस्तान्तरण विलेख पर संदेय रजिस्ट्रीकरण शुल्क व प्रतिलिपिकरण शुल्क में छूट प्रदान करती हैं।

IN exercise of the powers under section 78-A of the Registration Act, 1908 (Act no. 16 of 1908) as amended in its application to Uttar Pradesh read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897), the Governor, with effect from the date of the publication of this notification in the Gazette, is pleased to remit the registration fees and copying fees payable on the conveyance deed executed by the Government of Uttar Pradesh in favour of Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation relating to the marked 8.6818 Hectares of land located in Agra for the construction of Metro Depot of Corridor-1 of Agra Metro Rail Pariyojna.
